JunkAfraid to use in upstairs, too hot to touch.Difficult at best to use the control panel. The panel uses symbols, what it's doing is not clear.Destined for the yard sale.

This is a solidly built heater.Heats wellInstructions could be better. Seems like the instructions were translated to english from another language.No remote.

The heater came with a small crack on the heat diffuser. Also it is difficult to program and the documentation / instruction manual is not very easy to follow.The company did work to resolve the problem.

I love the mechanical design of this heater, and how quietly it operates. The menu was a bit cryptic, but was OK. It worked great for about a month, but then just stopped producing any heat. Even after letting it sit unplugged for 24 hours, it would not work when plugged back in. Since I had only another 2 days before the Amazon return window closed, I returned it without delay. I would love to buy another one just like this, but I'm not going to risk that much money again on a unit that might fail on me.

Very cool design.

Since there is no remote for this unit, the touchscreen sucks do not get it.

Its going to take a while to heat that 150 sq ft. Ambient temperature rises very slowly even at emergency 95 degree setting.
