I got these lifting wrist straps for my deadlifts, and they’ve been a solid addition to my workout gear. The non-slip silicone grips are really effective at keeping the bar secure in my hands, which has helped me lift heavier weights without worrying about losing grip. The straps are also pretty comfortable to wear and don’t dig into my wrists, which is a big plus.One thing I did notice is that they’re a bit on the bulky side, so it takes a little longer to wrap them around the bar. Causes a lot of discomfort and scratches on my wrist due to horrible stitching and cheap materials. The performance isn't that much different from any other strap but it does have very slightly less grip than ones with rubber on the straps for more grip. The straps are long enough to wrap around any bar multiple times. I would recommend this product for anyone that doesnt care about comfort, since it does help alot for exercises like lat pull downs and they are very cheap.

These are simple to put on. I’d say they’re a little long, but may be to account for those with thicker wrists. Additionally I found that the padding could have ran closer up to the loop for a little extra comfort.What I like about these straps vs others I’ve tried is there thin enough round the wrist that I can still comfortably wear my watch, others involve me having to move it up my arm.I tested them up to 120kg and they were comfortable and had no issues. Overall I’d say these are very good quality considering the price, £4.99 at time of review
