Received used battery instead of new
The media could not be loaded. I received a used laptop battery replacement instead of the new battery I ordered. Upon opening the package, I observed significant wear and scratches, indicating prior use. This is unacceptable. See attached images. I am returning the battery due to concerns regarding performance and lifespan.
