To anyone ordering the product, you must understand that this is a very traditional regional item that you must soak under water for a few seconds until it softens. Then you put olive oil and tomatoes and origano and a pinch of salt or other dressing and eat it. One of the healthiest food you can eat, and difficult to make or find.

I have no idea how anyone could call these things friselles.I grew up eating friselles from Apicella's bakery in New Haven Ct.These are awful - we each took a bit and in the garbage they went
