Needs improvement
Worked well to start with then I noticed it was becoming uncomfortable, took it off to see what was wrong and the gel cushion pad had come away from the support. A stronger glue is needed I think.

So good I bought another as a spare.
I have been suffering what is known as jumpers knee (burning pain in knee patella tendon). I have been using kenesiology tape which helped but this 3M support has given me a huge amount of pain relief without restricting movement.

It works*
Expensive and overpriced but this strap works really well and you can get more tension on the tendon than you can with an ordinary velcro version and it doesn't slide around hardly when you get sweaty either. With this product you can also get the pressure more precise on the patella where you want it.I think this product and some of the other reviews here really underestimate this product. Beware, if you fall over with this, it will break, only reason I reverted to alternatives. I have patella tendonitis and I was skateboarding with this product, so had put a lot of time and movement in trying this product and I have to say I would recommend this, it really did make a difference.
