great tool, storage under handle for extra included parts
Wife says:I am a jeweler and work alot with wire. Bad reviewer didn't take time to get to know product. I played with it for a minute, the wooden handle easily slips off because there is an added storage space and extra pin ! :) to hold second burr cup!!! Lol Thats why the wooden handle comes off. You can store second burr cup not in use by unscrewing metal end under wooden handle and slipping the burr cup into opening of second pin in storge space, and screwing metal end on tightly then putting wooden handle back on.They might get better reviews if they print this info on backside of logo label LOL!I really didn't want to spend 30-40$ on a large burr cup set since I am building my tool collection now with just the basics. This will work with wire as large as 16 gauge and smaller, but 16 g is as large as I have on hand. Made well, feels sturdy great price.

4 collets and 2 bits? Why?
This is working well for me. It'll help round out 18-22 gauge wires. I find the choice in packaging rather peculiar. This tool includes 4 collets and 2 bits. If you unscrew the entire thing, you'll find one collet hiding inside the main shaft and the other is holding one of the bits. Each collet can be reversed. They're all different sizes. I'm not sure why the vendor chose to provide 4 collet sizes and only 2 bits. And while it's handy to store the second collet within the tool, there's nowhere to store the 2nd bit - which is easy to lose since they are small. I did discover that one of the collets was the right size to hold one of my tiny jewelry drill bits allowing me to create a hand drill. So that was a nice perk. But I still think it's a strange choice. I wonder if I can get additional bits?

Highly Useful for Jewelry making!
It comes with two cup burs, and two chuck keys, one hidden inside the column. Those are what hold the stem of the cup bur, and you rotate the top collar to tighten or loosen, just like you would on a drill. The wooden handle cups in your palm comfortably so your fingers can spin the bit very easily in whichever direction you choose. And take note that it can take about 20-30 good turns to round off an end piece IF it's been flush-cut. It may take more than that if it were sharper, or at an odd angle/cut weirdly, etc. Yet the free-spinning ability this tool provides makes quick work of it, and is really effective.Be sure to use the cup bur that's the tightest/closest fit, or else it'll take longer to work. Either way, experiment with approaching that end wire from different angles to see what works best for whichever design you're working on. As with any tool, it will take practice before you're able to quickly round off wire without a hitch.

Not as fast or effective as hoped for
I really was hoping this would work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but it seems that using this to smooth down wire ends takes just as long as using a jewelers file. I was tired of inadvertently filing my fingers and fingernails when smoothing the ends of my ear wires using a regular file, so I ordered this. It does file the sharp ridges off of the wire ends but not very much and not very fast. I still ended up using my jeweler's file to finish the job. I DO like how it comes with two size cup burs and two chucks in one piece. And I like how it rotates without you having to crank your wrist around. Just wish it worked better.

Eurotool Wire rounder
I saw a video on the use of this little tool to round the burr from cut wire, so I went straight to Amazon to find it. Sure enough there is was and I can't believe how I ever did without it. The time it saves me from filing the cut ends of all those wires in my jewelry! A few twist on this tool and bingo..smooth ends no more sharp points. It comes with two sizes of burrs that take care of what I use, mostly 20ga and 22ga, but not limited to those two. Very easy to use fits nicely in the palm of my hand and turns with ease while holding it in my finger tips. A must have in my basket of wires and other tools. I love the feel of the wood handle, and the turning parts are nicely textured in metal.

Great product
Does exactly what it says it will do. Takes off burs and sharp edges off earring backs and other wire for jewelry artists.

Decent
Bur cups are smaller than I expected, but these are my first, so what do I know? Took several twists of the wire to round off the edge, but eventually made it smooth. Tool is solid and no problems so far. Would purchase this set again if I had to do it over. Good value.
