Similar to other reviews the product I've received (June 2024) was not up to the usual quality I'd expect for Brycreem. The product was split and oil was leaking from the emulsion. It had a grainy appearance and there was a lot of air inside the pots. I also confirm that the cream was very loose and easily slipped off the hand before application was possible. I bought a pot of Brycreem locally to compare and that was whiter and the usual consistency. It appeared that either the product I'd been sent was very old stock, or it had been discarded by the manufacturer or quite even a possibly a cheap knock off. Unfortunately I didn't open the pots I'd received until well into September so there was no chance to raise this issue with Amazon and sort out a return. Hence this review now to let people know what they might be buying.

I had to change to this as it appears that Brylcreem Light Non-Glossy Hold has been stopped being made. Unfortunately, I found that this product left my hair feeling greasy to the touch, even at the end of a 12+ hour day. It does have the same hold performance as the light non-glossy, but the greasy texture is a “no” from me. Gutted as I like Brylcreem products!

This batch of 6 seems different to previous tubs.The consistency seems thinner and looks different to previous purchases.The cream wants to slip of your hand quite easily.Not sure if cream has changed its format or if I have received a inferior batch.

A lot of air space in container look like rejects off a production line 150ml ?
