My floor is full carpet, so having any console without a base is just asking to overheat. Thankfully, I came across this recommendation on Amazon and figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. It’s pretty easy and simple to assemble and it also gets the job done. It’s also very sturdy. I am very satisfied and it fits my PS5 Slim console perfectly.

It works for the PS5 slim but doesn't fit perfectly. It fits the console fine, but it is not level on a flat surface. Nothing too dramatic but if you are a perfectionist you won't like it.
