Excelente producto
Es mi primera Chromebook y estoy encantado. Es ligera, silenciosa, se calienta muy poco y funciona increíblemente bien. Lo que más me llamo la atención es la duración de la batería. Me parece un excelente producto, es justo lo que necesitaba.

Basic but efficient
This is a very basic laptop without all the bells and whistles, but it works beautifully and does everything I need it to do

Replaced a 15 yr old dinosaur laptop
Works good. Get's the job done! This is more affordable than a cell phone. You can do everything you need on a larger screen! Only thing I do not like is that is not a touch screen, BUT, they did send a mouse. Would order again.

Leaning towards disappointed.
Eh. So far it is what it should be. Nothing super exciting, case quality is yet to be known. BUT BEWARE I don't know why but the keyboard it unlike any other and even though there are ones ALMOST identical there is not any that match 100%. So we can't find a keyboard cover which we need for my daughter who this device is for. Also struggling to find a hardcase for it.

Factory warranty is BS and the notebook stopped working within 8 months
This Item stopped working and when I went to use the manufacturers warranty it said it was no longer valid. I bought the product brand new less than a year ago from Amazon, so I called to challenge the warranty status and they told me the notebook was reported stolen and that voided the warranty. I provided them with my invoice to show I purchased it. So, apparently I was sold a stolen unit. Also they said the unit is out of warranty no matter what because I bought it through Amazon as a third party.

Color is gray weight is good can see well no scratches and it functions perfectly watch lots of videos on this Chromecast that I've never seen before enjoy it very much thank you

Good for basic stuff but screen quality horrible.
Ordered based on price and knew I shouldn’t expect much at price point but screen looks washed out, noticed it wasn’t a HD display. Don’t like will return.

Good Chromebook Laptop
Good quality and price.Bought 2 for work and they are working great.But the keyboard does not have numbers at the side.
