Q: Are these individually wrapped?

Yes, these are individually wrapped. Sometimes the wrappers are still connected together. The canes are machine wrapped sealing each end of a tube and cutting it from the next one. They don't always cut well. On the plus side, I consider Spangler candy canes (of any size) to be the best of the bulk candy cane makers.

Approximately. Just a tad longer than the ones in the clear plastic tub
