Great little couch!
Beautiful color and material. Simple to put together. Seems very sturdy. The only problem I had was the back bracket, which wouldn't fit due to holes not lining up. Customer service was a huge help trying to resolve this issue. They couldn't really do anything, but gave me $80 for my trouble and to order a bracket from Amazon. They stayed in constant contact. I am very satisfied. Highly recommend.

~ Letter to my younger self: Don't buy the $4K PB sofa, get this one! ~
Arrived in 2 days! My second Chita purchase (see recliner in photo) and very pleased once again. Shipping super fast, the care in securely packing each piece (literally wrapped like presents) and assembly so easy, manual wasn't even needed. Color, style and fabric exactly as expected, firmness is perfect and very comfortable. If you're looking for a durable sofa, look no more. Perfect for a dorm, apt, child's room, guest house, etc. Just wish they had matching ottoman . . . Chita- hint, hint!

Overall good but could NOT easy to assemble
The couch looks nice but wasn’t easy to assemble. Brackets didn’t line up on the armrests- had to take one off. Back of couch has a visible closure which requires you to put it against a wall.

Love the color
I am changing to a yellow living area and this sofa fits the bill! It is a little bigger than expected be sure to measure your space but it is a good looking sofa. The color is beautiful and will mix well with a lot of other colors. I am a widow woman and could not have put it together alone. It is also very comfortable.

Horrible shipper
The shipper left both boxes outside in the rain. Box was soaked which made it difficult to pick up and carry. From now on I will only purchase item I inventoried and shipped by Amazon. Also, this sofa is one of the more difficult pieces of furniture I have ever assembled. It's about an hour job for two people. Missing from my box were the foam inserts for the two pillows.
