When we originally had our sink granite counter made, we forgot to add any sort of edging to it, because of which a lot of water would spill over the counter, pooling on the floor below, making it slippery, dangerous, and dirty, all the time.The Ranur strip is a super effective solution! It is absolutely easy to install. It can easily be cut down to the size required, simply with a sharp knife or paper cutter. Once the red backing strip is removed, it just needs to be placed into position, adjusting it as required, before finally pressing it down firmly for a minute or so to really lock it in place. The silicon glue provided needs to be applied on both sides for extra precaution so no drops of water leak through.This is the second time I’ve bought the Ranur strip, after almost one year of using the first one. The only reason I bought a new strip is because the earlier one had recently acquired a haldi-like yellow stain (due to some lily stamens falling onto it, when the vase was being refilled). Otherwise, the strip has stayed firm, functioning perfectly, blocking water, with no spillage over the counter at all, for the past whole year. And I’m sure it would have continued to do so for quite a few more years if I hadn’t removed it!It was easy enough to remove too - by simply pulling it off; and with just a little scraping, the silicone glue remnants were cleaned off as well.So, even though it might seem a little expensive, it is worth the price because it lasts and lasts and lasts, serving its purpose wonderfully!

I first ordered 1 meter of this product and WAS VERY HAPPY happy with the quality of the strip. So I ordered 2 meters this time and this time the product was of EXTREMELY POOR quality. The adhesive just did not work. And the adhesive tube was clearly used as it was pressed and neither did the gum from the tube work. Very disappointed.

Glue supplied could be more. Otherwise a hood product for its purpose.

If you understand how to install and follow steps properly, then this is one ultimate product. Low cost and super sturdy. Effective and serves its purpose.Loved it!!!!

Good !!! Ot working for me , adhesive is not that strong it came out in few days but it depends i guess, i had put extra adhesive it working fine

Exceeds expectations and perfectly fits the intended purpose.

I used it in shower area to keep the water from entering dry area. I cleaned the area on which tape was to be applied using disinfectant to avoid peeling off. Also used additional silicon on both the sides of the tape. Despite that the tape came off in just a month.

The size is too tiny compared to the picture. Doesnt work at all it started coming off the next day itself. Seller is fooling us with the pic. Dont buy this useless product as there is no return. Money is totally wasted
