Was looking for a headset to use with my Cisco IP phone at work. When Covid-19 struck, I brought the headset home and to my pleasant surprised, it worked (with the supplied adapter) wonderfully with my laptop and even my mobile phone. The dual L+R headphones was important to me as my previous headset only covered one ear and let in a lot of background noise, especially since I'd worked in an open office. This is a solid headset with passive noise cancellation, and is light and comfortable. I've bought additional sets for my team.

I use the RJ9 Cisco Headset with my iPhone SE. A friend tells me that the sound quality is a 10 on a scale of 10, and sounds better than me speaking directly into the iPhone. Also, the sound quality using the RJ9 is significantly better than from the headset that I am replacing. The RJ9 comes with an impressive array of adapters that ensure use with several types of connections. Seems to be of high quality, and are comfortable and lightweight. I recommend them to others.

Not sure if there should be any indication that your voice is going out, but the lack of it makes using this headset feel strange, especially with both ears covered. It's very easy while talking to keep raising your voice and not realize it, and since you can't hear anyone else around you, you don't realize you're probably annoying them in the process. Were I to purchase again, I would probably get a single ear speaker, not dual. Audio quality is great, all the adapters are also great, the headset feels like it's good quality, and also worked perfectly with my cell phone and desk phone.

Love this comfortable headset. Blocks out external noise. Sound is clear. Included several options to use with a cell phone, phone, or computer.

Bought this as a backup for a headset I have. When that one died I finally took this out of the box and, surprise, it doesn’t work. Shame on me for not trying it during the return window. Do not invest.

I ordered this headset a week ago and when I tried using it, I received complaints that I sounded very faint. This upset me since I am constantly on the phone, working 50-60 hours every week. I emailed about my disatisfation asking for help and to my pleasant surprise, Sunny got back to me within the 24 hours just as advertised! He first walked me through a few troubleshooting steps and when that still didn't work, he said that he'd mail me a new headset. Again to my pleasant surprised, I received it in the mail just 3 business days later and the new headset works perfectly! Sunny has provided the best customer service I've received hands-down. Not only was he patient with me, he was extremely courteous and professional. They truly stand by the quality of their products and they highly value providing the best customer experience. They should be the standard that all copies model their customer service by. Thank you, Sunny!!!

These are REALLY EFFECTIVE and canceling out noise. I usually get frustrated making calls at work because there's so much going on around me and I have ADHD. I was able to call an insurance company and actually get my needs met (well, as much as you can with them, but I had one less barrier since I was using these.)
