I always check the reviews and was a little hesitant but ended up ordering. They came in on time and fit great. I ordered these because I wanted only white which seems hard to find. I love the high cut because it helps with not cutting off circulation. With briefs (which I like because it is high rise) come all white but finding high cut, all white and being high rise, was hard to find. It may seem a little thin (that gives you the breathability) but washes fine. I already washed them a few times and are still in great shape.

Material on these are nice, 100% cotton and doesn't feel rough--but also doesn't feel particularly soft. I don't have any 'regular' Hanes to compare, but the cotton doesn't seem special when compared to other brands. Construction is sturdy and I didn't find any holes or loose seams right out of the pack.The shape of these is more of a bikini than a brief. The waistband hits me about 1.5" under my bellybutton, and I'm relatively short (5'3"). The high cut part looked good right out of the package, but after a wash the cotton shrank and it's not as noticeable any more.Don't believe the claims of 'preshrunk', these will still shrink in the wash. I used cold water + low heat and mine are definitely more snug now. The 6 (I have a 38" hip) fit well before washing, but they're borderline unwearably snug now. Make sure you have a little bit of wiggle room before you commit to keeping them!The last thing that bugs me about these is that the legs are barely (or at all?) elasticized. On one hand they don't dig in, but on the other it doesn't stay in place well. I think that if you have thin thighs, it'll be even worse.
