I have given this one star because I wanted to leave a review and I couldn't if I gave no stars, the item snapped cleanly as I put it on I returned it immediately but i have received no refund or replacement.

Havel only been wearing it for 4 days, so maybe too early to see if it helps. I have rheumatoid arthritis brought on by immunotherapy treatment for cancer. I am on steroids for it which help but when the docs reduce the dose the arthritis comes back. At the moment it is affecting my wrists and hands with some knee trouble as well. Thought I would give this a try, pain and stiffness worse in the morning and does ease later in the day but that is probably down to the steroids I am on. Will keep the bracelet on, am sleeping with it on as well. Need more time to evaluate its effectiveness. I notice from some reviews that some people get relief from their symptoms very quickly, others get no benefit at all. You just have to try it and see.
