Great for Stubborn Shin Splints
For years, I've battled persistent shin splints, a frustrating legacy from a major accident two decades ago. Even after returning to sports, especially the soccer I love playing once or twice a week, pain was a constant companion. Physical therapy, including dry needling and strengthening exercises, offered some relief, but the pain returned within about six months—likely because I didn't consistently keep up with the exercises.These bands have been an incredible discovery. The first time I wore them during a soccer game, I experienced absolutely no pain—it was truly remarkable. I'm now committed to using these bands every time I play, and I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with similar shin pain.However, I'm reducing one star due to concerns about durability. Only time will tell how well they hold up with regular use.

These ABSOLUTELY help with shin splints!I do a.bootcamp style training where we jump and run ALOT!THESE HAVE HELPED ME TONS and relieved pain during and after the workout!Highly recommend

WAY TOO SMALL so Velcro scratches
I hoped this would work, and measured within the size guide...which is way off if you don't want to feel the scratch of the Velcro that doesn't meet fabric. ORDER AS LARGE AS YOU CAN.

Unusable. Save your Money.
Terrible. WAY too small. Could not even strap it. For reference i am a 5ft 8in female 170 pounds… When you strap it the Velcro scrapes across your skin. Did nothing to help my shin splints. Not even worth the hassle of returning but unable to use even once.

Durable and works well
I was having issues with continual shin splints and this has been the only thing that has worked for me. No more issues!
