6 quarts OMG just love this one it’s kinda light weight not to heavy at all this one you can cook just about anything thing.

On there Carote site or Amazon that’s where l have purchase all of my Carote pieces from.

Q: What happens if you use high heat on this pan?

I've done medium high, but for 400 I use electric frying pan.
