These are the very same as you pay dear for in a health shop

Very good they do the job they are ment to do I have used them before and I was very pleased that's why I have bought more. However I had to wait 12 days before receiving them and 9 days before Amazon sent them so much for amazon's next day delivery next time I need these I will find somewhere else to buy them so I do not have to wait almost two weeks

Ingredients
I am disappointed. I have just received my order and the ingredients include more than natural Kelp: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised potato starch, maize starch, soya polysaccharide and hydrogenated cottonseed oil. If a person cannot or does not wish to include potatoes, corn, soy or hydrogenated oils in his diet, then this product would have to be eliminated. I will probably go ahead and take the tablets this time, but I will not order again because I wanted an all-natural product with no additives (which may or may not exist, I guess).
