Good starter bundle & applicator (sold separately)
I bought these because I was desperate to get away from big towels, especially during the heatwave. They are easy to put in, I find these easier and a little less 'invasive' than cups especially as there is no suction holding it in place so you can easily pull it out. However, on the day I used them my cervix decided to shift towards my tail bone and I found, even with the applicator, I couldn't quite get it 'tucked' at the back. So I invested in the pixie cup too. This isn't a fault with the product and I have kept them for the days my cervix behaves itself as I felt it was much easier to put the disc in than the cup, especially with checking if it had opened properly.Pros-Excellent bundle. Having 2 different sizes helps you to find your 'fit'.The sanitising bowl is fantastic. I used it both ways, in the microwave and with boiled water fresh from the kettle. Easy to do either.Having the cleansing gel and wipes means you always know your product is clean before reuse. The travel lube is handy too, so if you do need to empty and reuse your disc whilst out it means you don't need to carry a big pump/bottle around with you.The little canvas bags are colour matched to the colour of the disc which makes it easier to see which size you're grabbing without having to open them all.And they all fit nicely in the black bag for monthly storage.Cons-If your cervix shifts you may find it a bit tricky to get into the right position. It is possible but requires a bit of practice, which is why I'll try again on my next cycle, even if I shift, to see if I can get it to work.********Frustratingly, I cannot review the applicator separately so I will do it here.I found this applicator is very good for helping to keep the disc folded during insertion as, due to my hands, I was finding it tricky to keep it folded.Being able to change the end of the 'plunger' part to match the size of the disc is also handy. The only issue I have is the cleaning aspect. Yes, it can be cleaned with water and a suitable cleanser but I find it tricky to rinse inside the applicator, especially if it's been a messy insertion. Having a small brush like item to help with this would make it even better. It is larger than a super plus tampon but I found using lube made using this really easy. Definitely worth the investment if you struggle to keep your disc folded whilst inserting.

Life changing!!
I’ve always used pads as I found tampons uncomfortable, but I hate the feeling of wearing a pad all day. I came on my period a couple of days before a holiday and really didn’t want to be dealing with pads all day, especially with going swimming and hiking etc. I tried the cup a few years ago (different brand) and just couldn’t get it to sit right. But the disc is life changing!! It went in so easily and I’ve had no leaks. The auto-dumping also works really well for me.This kit has everything you need. Couldn’t recommend enough! I’ll be using this from now on. Also less waste which is fantastic.

Great for getting the placement right
I'd tried the disc for a couple of days before getting this. The first time I put it in it was fine, second time it leaked, and then I was just paranoid when using it that it wasn't in right. It felt like it could very easily slip out of place, hence the leak. I ordered this thinking it would just make it easier to put in, but the first time I used it was an "Oooooh!" moment. I hadn't been shoving it far enough back. When I put it in with the applicator it was very obviously secure. It is like putting in a large tampon. It feels a bit weird when it pops out so far back, but it's easier than pushing it in manually. I've seen other reviews saying it is difficult to push, but I've used the large and medium pixie discs in it and both were slightly stiff at first, but slid along fine once they started moving.I think now knowing where it should be I could potentially do it myself, but I actually prefer using the applicator. Seeing as the disc only needs changing twice a day it's not like I need to carry it around, but it's pretty compact so I could if I wanted.Definitely recommend for new disc users!

Great products but just doesn't work for me...
The products in this pack are top quality. I have used a menstrual cup now since 2019 and have been very happy with it all. I wanted to try a disc to give me different options during my period. Unfortunately, disc's just don't suit my anatomy. I have tried different sizes and strategies over several months but they just won't stay in place and leak, so I'll be going back to a cup. However, I would use this company again.

Great product and great customer service
The small disc is a really good fit for me and works perfectly. The various accessories seem good, and would appear to make this kit excellent value for money.Unfortunately the larger disc does not fit my anatomy at all. I got in touch with the company's customer services team by email, and they have very kindly said they'll send me out a second small disc as a replacement.Highly recommend this product and company.

Brilliant!
Wish I had known about these years ago! So much easier to insert and remove than menstrual cups, and every bit as effective. I have quite a heavy flow and I can go around 6 hours between emptying, and up to 10 hours overnight whilst lying down. Saves a fortune on single use sanitary products, as I would easily soak through super plus tampons in less than 2 hours, so this is next level great for me. I did switch from tampons to a cup prior to finding these disks, but cups are such a faff to insert and get them to open properly, sometimes leading to leakage. Never once had an issue with disk placement, I don't see how you could get it wrong really, but using the lube supplied really helps with insertion, as you're placing it way higher than a cup. If you've not tried Pixie disks just do it, you won't regret it!

The kit it’s complete but the discs didn’t work out for me!
I liked the kit, the quality is very good and the idea it’s great except that it didn’t work for me! The bigger disc hurts me and the small one leaks! I have been trying to use it for 3 months without any success. Maybe if the kit had an medium disc it would work better for me!
