I've been using Ignite for few weeks now and it's made a big difference. It gives me a great energy boost without the jitters or crash I've had from others. Love the flavour and mixes easily. Overall I'm loving it and will be trying the other flavours next.

No scoop but good quality

This pre workout tastes amazing and it definitely does the job! My workouts have definitely benefited and I think I’ve found my new pre workout moving forward. 5 stars.

I don't think this will improve my workouts (long distance hiking / mountain climbing) but I can say the following:GOOD* tastes good - albeit with a slight weird aftertaste due to the sweetener used* easy to dissolve (gotta find the wins when they occur)* good amount of doses (30 servings will last me six months as I use stuff like this once a week)NOT SO GOOD* A small thing but no scoop included so just use a measuring spoon to dose* there's a lot of caffeine in this - so any "energy" gained is really from getting a caffeine high - dock a star and a half for this* Pretty pricey at over £1 per servingVerdict:This is a mix it yourself DIY energy drink - nothing more. Considering how expensive energy drinks are, this is sort of OK value compared to buying thirty bottles of energy drinks.There is good nutrients in here, but at the end of the day it's caffeine and stuff like "taurine" which doesn't do anything for you.

I recently tried the ICON Ignite Pre Workout Powder in Pineapple Punch flavor, and I’m really impressed!The taste is refreshing, and it mixes well without any grittiness.I felt a solid energy boost about 20 minutes after taking it, with no jitters or crash afterward.The combination of ingredients, like Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine, significantly improved my endurance and strength during workouts.Additionally, I noticed that I felt better the next day, which helped me stay consistent in my training.Overall, this pre-workout has become a staple in my routine, and I highly recommend it!

This is a tasty preworkout drink. Normally I find that these powders have a very strong chemically taste and although I can't say this preworkout drink is totally devoid of that chemically taste it's a lot less than most of preworkout powder drinks I've come across. This was actually enjoyable to drink. As I said it's not totally devoid of that chemical taste but it wasn't unpleasant. Although I don't think it quite nailed the blueberry flavour it's was enjoyable none the less. It comes in a small tub and a scoop is supplied which makes measuring the required amount simple. The powder dissolved pretty well which is another issue you can find with a lot of these powders is that they don't totally dissolve in water. This one dissolved pretty well.

Contains caffeine that increases altertness as well as electrolytes and vitamins for maintaining high energy levels. These are quickly noticeable when consuming, without a crash afterwards if taken to recommended levels and not consumed with other sources of caffeine. Also contains 5mg of creatine monohydrate, which is an effective supplement when used over time, especially once you are at saturated levels. Once at saturation all you need is 3-5mg per day to keep at those levels, so this supplement supports maintaining creatine levels in body. You could use with a separate creatine monohydrate supplement for creatine loading if starting out but honestly I think it's worth sticking to the 5mg and you'll reach creatine saturation in the body after a few weeks anyway. The flavour for this supplement is nice too and easy to mix with water.
