Compact which is what I was looking for but doesn’t get above 35 degrees. No idea how I get my money back

I had intended to install this under the sink in the kitchen as our combi boiler is in the loft and there is a lot of wasted water waiting for the hot water to feed through. I figured this could work perfectly to give instant hot water while the hot water from the boiler makes its way through what seems like 5 miles of pipework!Having rigged it up temporarily, it was apparent that although this works, to get a decent temperature in the water after a minute or two, you need to limit the flow significantly which makes it a little impractical for the main kitchen tap. I think if you needed hot water in a garden shed or something like that, this would be acceptable but for me, it doesn't do what I would need it to.I note that at 3500watts, this is quite a low powered water heater and I assume more power would equal greater performance as the flow would not need to be so limited
