Nicely presented double sealed,the box & product itself.Tar thickness an earthy smell & taste,dissolves in hot water doesn’t taste too bad. Although if too unpleasant for someone,you can add honey or mix with tea/coffee.I was recommended this brand by a friend,who swears by it good value for the 50ml size.Time will tell how I get on,I’ll add to this review soon.Update:I’ve been using this for over a week now,the results are positive I can feel the difference.My mind works better I can think clearer,physically feeling more energetic this stuff is amazing.5th star now added 👍2nd update: 25th of march I can really feel the benefits,great cognitive skills my mind simply works better. This is an excellent product and by far the best shilajit I have used,I take it in the morning with my cup of tea and can feel the difference immediately, I have so much more energy and feel more alert this has definitely helped with feeling the effects of age definitely recommend.

So I got this for my partner after doing lots of research. This 100% works. Ever since my partner has been taking this he's calmer, happier and even got his mojo back lol. It's not very nice tasting however he puts a pea size in with his coffee twice a day and that way the taste doesn't bother him. Let's be honest everything that's good for you genuinely doesn't taste nice. He's on his 2nd lot already and tbh I he will be continuing with it. It 100% helps in his day to day routine. Put pea sized amount into green tea or boiled water, dissolve and drink daily. It gives the tea an earthy taste. Jury is out for another 2 months regarding cognitive improvements. Main things I am looking for, at age seventy, are improvements in short term memory and faster access to remembering names of familiar objects. There have been some improvements with faster recall.

I've tried it with tea, milkshakes, water, the flavour of metal and chemical is so over powering! I get mad headaches after trying it! I'm only day 1 in! I'd avoid and try a different make

I received this stuff pretty quickly but - it says there’s a user guide for those who have never had shilijat before. Well, there is no such guide. Just the jar and the spoon.If I figure this out for myself and the product works as claimed, I’ll update here accordingly.
