0.1ml dead space
These syringes work great. BUT the dead space (what is left in the syringe after use) is a bit much. Would be better if the tip of the plunger went to the end of the syringe. As is, you have a waste of 0.1ml/1mg with every use.

RN here and these are quality.
Ordered several different types and brands of needles but these are the best. Needles are sharp as stated. Luer lock is what I'm used to as an RN and these are quality luer lock syringes. Luer lock prevents the needle from being dislodged from the syringe. I use these for Vit B12 injections. The 1ml syringe and 25g needle is perfect for administration of a small amount. Don't hesitate to order these from Careach!

Easy to use
This is so very helpful, so very easy to use, just what is needed.

Gauge for Fatty Area Only
These needles can pull the oil I use but then sticking myself with them is harder to do. It would be easier if I had more fatty tissue to inject but my muscle mass has increased and these hurt more now to use. Suggest different gauge if going into muscle.

These are not on par with bigger brands
The good news is that I have not gotten an infection from using these needles. So I guess they’re sterile. Have difficulty opening the packaging of the individual syringes and that’s about it.
