Works as needed
I wanted to replace my old and quite discolored domes, and these worked as needed. They are smaller than my originals but fit comfortably in my ear and work well with my oticon hearing aids.

Buy the OEM product
The OEM products are not much more than aftermarket and they obviously fit properly. Replacing every month works for me with limited wax build-up.
