Love these boots
I love these boots! I bought them for a trip to Arkansas to hike in December. They were comfortable right out of the box, and did not require any break - in time. Plenty of toe room. They were plenty warm with thick wool socks, but I feel they would be good for warmer weather too. Well made and definitely worth the price

Love these boots!
At my daughter's recommendation, I bought these hiking boots for the mountain and forest hikes we've been taking. It was the best decision ever! These boots were comfortable from the moment I put them on. There was no break-in time for me at all, just what my daughter told me she'd experienced. I love these boots and am sold on the quality and the value for my money. They're definitely worth it for me. They support my feet perfectly, and the higher top supports my sometimes-wonky ankle. I especially like this color, so I consider this a win-win-win-win: support, style, value, attractiveness.

Fantastic hiking boots
They are super comfortable and needed little braking in. I bought them for a trip to Alaska where I’d be doing lots of walking and hiking on wet, rugged terrain. They are waterproof, fit great - though I did order a half size larger to accommodate thick socks. I loved them so much I ordered another pair. Well worth the price.

Great shoes!
Glad I sized up! Although it needs some breaking in. I wore it a few times and now they feel good on my feet. Definitely gets a good grip when walking down and up wet dirt path. The quality is great!

I miss my Danner Tektites
I bought these boots just over 9 months ago. At first I was disappointed because they simply didn't measure up to Danner's (discontinued) Women's Tektite 4.5 Inch Work Boots which my feet absolutely loved. Fortunately with time and merino wool socks these boots became very comfortable. I wear them two or three hours a day doing barn chores for which they seem well-suited: waterproof, great traction, reasonable ankle support for walking on uneven surfaces.Unfortunately in the past week the leather has split along the instep at the eyelet so they are no longer waterproof. Danner offers a 365-day limited warranty but after reading the list of Exclusions on the Danner web site I fear my boots wouldn't meet the criteria. Overall these are decent boots and, with care, probably durable.

They are comfy, light, structured, great sole but soft texture
Can’t wait to try them on the mountain

Stylish, Comfortable, and Trail-Ready!
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love my Danner Mountain 600 hiking boots! They’re super cute, incredibly comfortable right out of the box (no break-in period!), and the quality is top-notch. I’ve worn them on hikes and around town—they’re stylish enough for both. Did I mention they’re cute? Highly recommend!

Best shoes for hiking mountains in New Mexico
Although they might not look like the most stylish, they are the most comfortable and the warmest. Back in late October we went to Chama New Mexico on an Elk Hunt, we walked up mountains and had to walk up to 3 miles to get to a herd of cows and bulls my feet were lever sore, highly recommend!
