Good bright green( unlike some other suppliers on here) and very flavoursome with a good lengthy Best Before date.I add to many things including mash potatoes and many eggy meals from scrambled eggs and omelettes to my freshly made egg mayonnaise (allow to infuse in fridge after mixing for at least 10mins) for yummy sandwiches.
