It’s a decent product and clinically dosed. The flavor is just alright maybe a little chalky. It’s good but not great. Doesn’t pack a punch like a pre like ryse.

Maybe I’m a rare breed but this makes me itch so good I love pre that has beta alanine I specifically chose this from the samples I got from the Cincinnati Arnold convention. I noticed some stores stopped selling it, which is a bummer.
