NICE
This is premium tree fern. Fine without a bunch of sticks. Just even looks and feels fresh. I will buy again over and over and will purchase nothing but this brand

Great for Hoya and Anthurium!
My Hoya and Anthurium are enjoying life in a soilless mix including Tree Fern Fiber, Chunky Perlite, Orchid Bark, Coco Husk, and Horticultural Charcoal. I add more Tree Fern Fiber for plants with smaller roots and go chunkier for those with ramen noodle roots. I do use this in no drainage glass vases with Fluval Stratum at the bottom for a reservoir. I also use the Tree Fern Fiber in my Moss Poles with Sphagnum Moss at the front/open side of the D-shaped poles and Tree Fern with Perlite behind it. I find it retains moisture better and is easier to hydrate. I've also used Tree Fern Fiber for propagations, but I think I'll stick with the more economical perlite from now on.

Great substrate
Love this for my begonia cutting

Love the way it feels; very pillowy.
I am not sure if the missing twigs is a good thing since a YTuber said the twigs were great because it allowed airflow, and the roots would go searching for it. I will say that texture wise, this is much more pleasant to touch. It does not feel dry. It is fluffy and it does not seem to rot like the one with twigs do. The true test will come when the plants start growing. I will purchase more if the plants do well.

Excellent quality tree fern fiber
This is the tree fern fiber which I trust and value most. Tezula is a legendary name in the anthurium world, which is probably the place many of us come from looking to use this, so it's easy to trust the quality of their products. It is graded well and I find that though it is expensive, it is not very disproportionate to others. I have had a moderate amount of inconsistency one out of 3 bags coming with many larger twigs (3"+) in it, but I don't mind at all. It is also not overly dusty, which I appreciate. The only real improvement I could think of for the moment would be more detailed sourcing information of where it comes from.

Quality product
Great product for indoor plants. The texture is fine and the moisture retention is perfect. It doesn't have a bad odor. Smells earthy.

Once you go Tezula, you never go back…
Tezula tree fern quality is obviously much higher quality than other brands just from the look of it. It doesn’t have random tweaks or big lumps but fine texture while still provides well drainage

Only Twigs
I got this to use with my Anthuriums. It was highly suggested in the plant community. Only did I find out later, this batch must’ve been defective and it’s nothing but twigs. This was one of the main reasons for my plants declining due to them drying out extremely fast. ( when I’m gone for a few days ) I’d come back to them dried out.The size of the bag did last for a bit with my smaller plants. That’s a plus ! I would buy again if I knew I would get what tree fern fiber is supposed to be.
