Flavoursome
It's great to find different types of vinegar and this bottle of black Chinese vinegar is know exception.. I used it in a recipe in making seasame chilli 🌶 beef 😋. Definitely value for money and would buy again 😋

I used the ingredient to help flavour the aromatic duck as per a recipe. Hard to judge the product on its own, but the overall result was delicious.

Delivery Was Quicker than Quoted
Excellent product. Couldn't find it in any standard supermarket and didn't have time to go to nearby city Chinese supermarkets. Well wrapped to protect the bottle too.

Makes the difference

Black Vinegar is a new ingredient to me but was listed in a recipe I was trying (Gunpowder Chicken). It has a fruity, smokey smell and not such a harsh vinegar-y taste.I have used it several times - Gunpowder Chicken going down a treat with most people who have tried it.
