Q: How strong is the magnet?

They are very strong on flat sheet steel, I own four of them. They are ok on tube or round bar but not the best!

Q: How many kgs does this hold? Will it hold a 300x300 mil 20 mil thick plate?

Should easily be able to hold it at a 90 or 45 degree angle. Magnets are very strong.
