If you are looking for a sweet smelling, easy to use product, don't buy this- just go straight for an overpriced store moisturiser.Negatives:doesn't smell great. Reminds me a bit of a nicotine/ smoky smell- but it's certainly not disgusting!The constancy is like a thick, gritty candle wax, which you need to rub in your hands to melt a little (about 20-30 seconds) before you apply.Positives:It's most definitely the best moisturiser I've ever used- its thick, creamy consistency is perfect for massaging into your skin.I'm 9 months pregnant and just wish I had started using this from the start.... You can feel just how moisturising it is straight away.It continues to feel moisturised for 24 hours.The pot will last AGES! It may seem to cost a lot, but the 1kg pot will last so much longer than any standard pot of moisturiser.I honestly don't think you will find something better for stretch marks/ very dry skin!If you're pregnant nod want to have the best shot at preventing stretch marks- buy this product!Other moisturisers were beginning to irritate my skin- this shea butter just feels so natural

No way is this unrefined and I speak with authority. I used to return to Nigeria over 30 years ago to export shea butter my business thrived. Unrefined shea butter is NOT melted down and put into a plastic carton and when it is it becomes refined. Aged shea butter (old and rancid) has this smell and this texture when melted down. Cheap which is OK but not unrefined. Despite that it is still an excellent moisturiser but I am more interested in buying fresh and very few on amazon provide it as so.

I have Afro hair and this is perfect for it .Natural hair appreciates Natural products.Both my daughter's use this is for their hair. I have introduced my husband to it and,he has noticed a great improvement on his Razor Bumps. This Shea butter has a Healing effect on Black skin.
