Mount includes installation hardware. Mark your holes, drill pilot holes, and drive screws with the help of an impact driver or ratchet. Easy peasy.

For 1” barbells.One of the lag screws snapped, leaving a screw in my wall, used an impact driver to install.Sturdy hook but maybe pre drill for the screws.
