A little 'loose' when assemble but holder keeps it silent going down road. I have less than great knees, first time to dump was wonderful. Only con is that it leaves tailgate not flat if you want to carry 8' sheets. Installs in minutes.

Easy installation.
The ladder seems to work very well so far and has enough play to work on somewhat uneven ground. The climbing handle works well also. The only negative is the clamp that holds the ladder when not in use gets in the way when loading material. That’s why not five star.
