Whenever I purchase sneakers I never go smaller than my size, but of course that is just my personal opinion which really means nothing to you! Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Q: Are these good for standing on your feet all day and skid resistant on concrete?

Yes. These shoes are very comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot all-day and I have to walk a lot as well. I haven't had any issues with slipping, even on wet floors.
