I get tons of compliments on this curtain. I saw that it is a frequently returned item due to wrinkles. I'm not sure why people don't try steaming them first. The instructions say to not steam directly on them. I did that at first and the wrinkles did not come out. When I steamed with direct contact on the back side of the curtains everything came out beautifully.

Love the shaggy but the package had no cover it was visable just a delivery stamp on front you could see what it was..

It was a learning experience
I genuinely liked the product but, unfortunately, I couldn't use this window treatment. My windows were too small for the double swag and too large for the single. It was truly a learning experience. Every product cannot be used in every project. The size and style of the window will determine what treatments you can use.
