I live on these…..I take 2 at a time (now) as soon as I wake up. My anxiety levels are horrible, and controlled substances aren’t the answer. I take two and I feel smoothed out……the edge is gone. Sometimes the taste repeated but I’m over that. Great for tapering off meds. I don’t get drowsy from them, because I’m so worked up, but they’re great to assist helping with sleep. NO side effects, they’re natural, and I learned about taking these from the most famous 90’s runway supermodel lol…..so thanks to NC I feel better!! I just wish they were less expensive, of course….☺️☺️

My wife and I both tried this and had high hopes as we struggle with anxiety and insomnia. In a short time we felt a relaxed effect, but then it went downhill from there. She experienced a lot of heartburn/indigestion even though it was taken a short time after eating and with a full glass of water. We both fell asleep ok in less than an hour, but after that were tossing and turning all night and could not stay asleep. It disrupted our sleep more than it helped. I know products can affect everyone differently, but have realistic expectations if you decide to try this. We read many of the recent reviews before purchasing which were encouraging. However, I'm always skeptical when I read some of the reviews that sounded like a commercial ad. Also, those who claimed that this was as effective and could replace a prescription anxiety med like Xanax or other Benzo's was really hard to believe and as we found out, completely false. While that would be fantastic, there's no way this would be so easily available and not be classified as a controlled substance if that were true.

It relaxes you, just hate the fact that about 30mins later of taking it i burp out the taste of lavender 😭 other than that it does its job
