I added magnesium to my daily supplements in an effort to help combat a new medical diagnosis. I was pleasantly surprised to find that by taking it in the evening it also helped me to sleep better. Occasionally, I will experience magnesium face flush in which my cheeks pop out red for a while. In this case, I just stopped taking it for a few days. I appreciate that this product is the preferred glycinate version of magnesium. Honestly, I’m not really sure what that means but glycinate is supposed to be better than the other kind. It may all be in my head, but this product seems to work for me. It’s quite pricey so I’m glad that it works and I am willing to spend my money on it. I even subscribe and save so that it comes monthly. This is a win!

Ok, so, for the past 4 months or so I've been taking a different brand magnesium glycinate from a company that I won't name. I take it every night along with melatonin to help me get to sleep. It did ok with keeping my legs from bothering me so much that I couldn't sleep (as long as I take it like basically every day). The company ran out for a couple weeks, as it is a reputable company. I was out and really needed some to help my legs. So I had to break down and go with somewhere new. I wasn't happy about it bc I usually don't have good results with legit reviews. I finally just bought one, sick of looking and reading. Let me tell you, this stuff is great. The dosage is only 1 per night (instead of 5 of the other) and my legs don't keep me awake, I sleep pretty hard (which is so not me), I didn't even take melatonin last night and I slept just like I do when I do take it. I rarely notice when my dog jumps in and out of the bed or when my husband gets in bed (different sleep schedules). This is the company for sleep 😴

love this somewhat newer brand. love this mag glycinate supplement, offered at just the right dosage.everyone should take magnesium. why? because it's the most ubiquitous mineral in the human body; it's present in every cell of the human body! you can't afford to assume you're getting enough through regular means.i alternate between the forms: a few months of glycinate; a few months of malate; a few months of citrate; a few months of chloride; a few months of taurate; a few months of threonate; and a few months of sulfate.i don't ever use magnesium complex formulas (pre-mixed combinations of the various forms), as they appear to be arbitrary, and worse yet, i've never seen one with appropriate and healthy dosages. [in fact, i avoid combination supplements in general, for similar reasons.]RECOMMENDED

I’ve been using the Magnesium Glycinate 400mg for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my overall wellness. It’s great for helping with muscle relaxation and sleep support, and I’ve felt less muscle tension and better sleep quality since I started taking it. The fact that it’s made with glycinate makes it much easier on the stomach compared to other forms of magnesium, which is a huge plus.

I’ve bought a couple of their supplements. They seem to be a reputable company and I have liked the products we have bought from them. I recently switched to the mag complex and definitely think this is the better purchase for the variety of magnesium’s you get and the dose four dollar.
