Good quality cable
This is a good quality cat8 cable from what I can see. Thick and strong and good quality connectors / shielding. Like other reviews say, there's nothing printed on the cable, or packaging, confirming that it's outdoor rated. Lots of reviews stating it's been used outdoors though so I went with it. I ran it through 8.5mm split flexible conduit for extra protection and installed it over my extension roof and down the wall. Working great and getting full speed internet downstairs.

Great cable, especially for outdoor use!
Exactly as described! I was a bit dubious about the cable, in terms of being outdoors, but no issues so far. Its not meant to be buried underground, so I've attached to the brick work of the house. No issues so far, its been raining, snowing and had frost. Still working fine.

High speed reliability
After reading the reviews that were positive & negative. I bought 20m of this yesterday, it arrived today, well packaged in a bag inside a box that was undamaged.The picture is of a speediest with only 3m unravelled in order for me to test it out on my 1Gb fibre, 943Mbps aint too shabby as the 3m cable I have connected already, produced 929Mbps.I have no complaints thus far.Tomorrow I will be installing it on the outside of my house to connect to my 2nd floor mancave., weather permitting in October 2023.
