The product made my hair feel so good and I have pretty wiry hair!! When I go to curl it or straighten it it's very smooth but not flat. The smell is not overpowering but very pretty and clean.

My all time favorite haircare scent. It's just so good. Not only does it smell great, but it works! Really good quality product and worth the $$$

I was first introduced to this product while shopping at the clearance rack of Marshall's. If you can't snag it there, buying it here on Amazon is the next best option. It has been my go-to conditioner for the last couple years. It's worth the price. Better than any other conditioner in this price range. Smells amazing! (If you're sensitive to smell, I wouldn't recommend this as it has a perfume-y scent. But the scent is very aromatic, and I personally love how it makes my hair smell.) Also serves as great aromatherapy. My hair is silky smooth after use. Doesn't lead to build-up. 10/10 recommend.

The product itself is amazing; my hair feels soft and healthy and the scent is fabulous.However, the bottle leaked all over the box and the bag it was in- which was open.Pretty expensive to lose that much product.Not happy.

I first bought this shamp/cond (blue label) at TJ Maxx. Since they usually stock discontinued items, I haven't seen it since. I finally decided to search on Amazon, and saw that Theorie re-labeled it 'Amber Rose' in a different color bottle. I was hesitant to purchase but decided to take a chance that it was the same shampoo and conditioner. It IS!!! I'm beyond excited. I love, love, love the scent of this product, and it works great on my hair. Super happy to know I can find it here.

Usually I never had a problem receiving these because they are usually delivered in a box, but this time this was delivered In a plastic bag, so the conditioner bottle was broken. Now in the past, I’ve seen other people also write bad reviews about how they deliver this product so I’m hoping with another bad review coming in they will fix the solution if not HauteHouse Brands the owner of theorie will be getting a full bad review. They need to fix this problem bc these products are not cheap. If they want to send the product cheaply then they need to lower their prices by half. Great product though!

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and I would never use anything else. But recently with this year's batch (I have 2 from 2023), the conditioner has been watery on my hair and now my hair is frizzy and dry. So I looked into the ingredients on my bottle.The ingredients on my bottle is not what is listed on Amazon or the Theorie website. In the picture I have uploaded, there is a LOT of alcohols listed, and many other ingredients which aren't listed on Amazon/Theorie website. The alcohols and perfume/fragrance are also listed too high in the ingredient list (because ingredients are listed by amount) so that may indicate most of this new formula is just water and alcohol. (this might also be why my skin has been itchy occasionally... because of leftover conditioner on my body...)I'm not sure if this is a fake seller or Theorie really changed the formula; I could try ordering directly from the website but I don't want to take any chances. I'm going to start looking for a new brand.

I have been using this product for about 4 or 5 years and never had an issue until this batch. I generally have a hard time finding shampoo that works with my fine hair, so when I find something that works, I stick to it.I got my shampoo and conditioner last week and something has definitely changed. Previously, I had no issues combing my hair out after a shower, but for the past few days, since I have opened this batch, my hair is so knotty that it takes me about 10 minutes to brush it out after I wash it in the morning. From other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one saying this.
