Nice replica Indian Head coin
The coin replica is an 1908 "D" Indian Head $5 gold piece, or also called half eagle.It is about the size of a five cent nickel (see image) and has a reeded edge.It looks pretty real, even with the imperfections that can be seen upon close inspection.There is no "copy" stamp on the coin but if it were assessed by a numismatic person it would be obvious it is a replica because of a) its light weight compared to gold b) the "gold" color seems too shiny.Anyway, this is a nice replica novelty coin, great for magic tricks, gags, etc.
