I would say the standard men's would be too small since it fit my husband who is 5'7" and 160 pounds so I would go for the next size up.

Q: What does multi vs. Purple mean in the color choice? Right now standard is only available in multi.

The vest is multi and the jacket is purple - I don't remember there being any choice of colors.

Q: Does this come with a hat and wig?

It comes with hat but no wig. You need your own khaki pants too.
