This bonds with brick and still lets the brick breathe.Easy to use and mix. I did not distress or wash any off. Just my preference for full coverage. It did take two coats but my brick was old. Fire place looks great and plan to paint the outside brick this winter/spring

We used it to lime wash our brick house. The original brick color was a dark orange after the wash was applied it turned to a nice shade of pink. One quart was enough to wash our 1800 sq ft home

Time consuming but a truly professional finish. Worth the investment!

If you are considering painting your brick, you MUST use this product! I’ve painted LOTS of surfaces in my day, and this paint is the BEST by far I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your time with the competition. Go ahead and buy this. When mixed with water, the product almost doubles. Honestly, you will not regret this purchase. It’s like no other paint! It goes on so smoothly! No working to get in the cracks.Fabulous product!

The paint was easy to work with. I diluted it with water per the instructions and used a sprayer to apply it. It took more than 2 coats. I'm assuming because the grout was so dark. It dries really quick and applies evenly. Overall a good exterior brick paint.

Had an absolutely great experience using your product on the brick of our home. We were using the Masonry Flat in Navy steel. We did spray it on which is the only way I would do it using a Graco X5 spryer and 519 tip. The only minor issue we had was the filter on the end of the suction hose on sprayer would get clogged causing a funky spray pattern. Quick easy rinse and back at it. As long as it lasts 20 years I will continue to love it. Absolutely changed our home!

Very happy with this paint! Goes on easily and looks great! Customer service was great too. I had to have one bucket replaced because it was leaking and they were very nice and responded quickly. This is silver lining. It is more white than I expected and less grey but I'm still happy.

After much research, we were excited to use Romabio to update our ugly '70s era brick house. The first tub we received was cracked and leaking, and to Romabio's credit they shipped a replacement free of charge.The product itself seems great, but there is a significant flaw with using this for a major project and Romabio's customer service for helping. Most houses have materials other than just brick, such as trim, wood siding, vinyl, etc. Romabio paint can't be used on those, or at the very least would require applying the proprietary primer, yet Romabio is zero help in matching their stock colors to standard color palettes.We ordered $500 worth of masonry paint in Avorio White. The first call I made to Romabio was to ask which (major paint manufacturer's) color was closest in color for trim, most significantly our garage doors which are surrounded by brick and need to match. The CSR said she had no idea, the company didn't have that information, and just to have it color matched. I had (major paint manufacturer) try color matching, and even with multiple tries could not get it close enough to work.Romabio says their products can be tinted to match major palettes, so I called back to see how (major manufacturer) could tint the Avorio White Masonry Paint to (manufacturer's) own color, guaranteeing a match to the latex paint I needed. But only Romabio's partner, Rings End paint, can tint their limewash or masonry paint at the time of purchase and I assume for a surcharge. Apparently Rombio local affiliates may be able to do so, but we are outside of the area of a Romabio affiliate. Otherwise, color matching can be hit or miss, and on a project as big as a house certainly not something you want to take chances on.On my third phone call, I asked if they would possibly be willing to share the formulation so I could get the color correct for the latex I needed for the garage doors. Romabio said they could not help in any way because I could take that formula and buy a competitor's paint... despite me explaining that I actually already owned two of the largest tubs of Avorio White and wasn't trying to replicate a masonry paint, but simply ensure my whole house looked uniform. The CSR said that wasn't their problem to solve. Her comment was this was like Coke giving Pepsi their formula so Pepsi could sell Coke's product. The actual analogy is you've bought a new car from Mercedes, who doesn't make or sell touch up paint, but won't help help your body shop color match because Mercedes would rather sell you a whole new car.It's unfortunate that Romabio is so unhelpful to customers trying in good faith to resolve such an issue. At the very least, they should have a card that says something to the effect of "Although cannot guarantee a perfect match, for latex trim paint Avorio White is closest to Such and Such whites in these manufacturers."
