I found this a pretty decent pre-workout booster. The cranberry flavour is OK, not too artificial or overly sweet.Regarding its effects, I definitely felt a noticeable increase in energy and focus during my workouts. The combination of creatine, caffeine, and other ingredients seemed to do the trick. I didn't experience any jitters or crashes afterwards, which is a big plus for me.

The orange flavour is pretty good, not too artificial tasting. I like that it contains a mix of ingredients like creatine, amino acids, and caffeine, which is supposed to help with energy, focus, and muscle recovery. I definitely feel a boost in energy when I take it, and my workouts seem a bit more intense. I haven't noticed any significant changes in muscle growth, but maybe that's because I need to use it for longer. The only downside is that it can sometimes cause a little bit of stomach upset, so I try to drink it with plenty of water.

Mixed okay with my shaker, and tastes good although a little synthetic.This has a huge dose of citrulline malate which really helps power you through a hard workout.I would go easy if this is your first pre-workout, maybe half a scoop or less to start with. You will get a tingling feeling from the beta-alanine.Has 200mg caffeine and that's enough personally. Good pump and was eager to hit the weights.Also has multi vitamins, so watch out if you are also supplementing anything in this drink.Get about 15 servings from the tub which is okay for the quality and considering it works with no crash.

This is a solid pre-workout. I felt the pump in the gym and I've reached new PRs. I love cranberry, this doesn't do it justice but it's not inedible. I've mixed this with cold water and it tastes a lot better than room-temperature water. This has so far been the most effective pre-workout for me.

I normally dislike preworkouts, they tend to have these added tastes that somehow are supposed to distract you from the slurry you're ingesting, but don't. But I drink them nonetheless as their effects are still worth the wince.That one simply isn't, you DO get a caffeine kick but it tastes like an explosion in a candy factory, with something really wrong at the back, so once was more than enough, not going to endure that when the effect is just what you'd get from a strong coffee

Weider is a well known and reputable long standing brand.This Weider Rush 2.0 All-in-one Pre Workout is in a plastic tub with a screw topped lid and contains 375gIt is in powder form and has a nice tang of orange flavouring with a good ratio of ingredients and added vitamins.The powder mixed very well with minimal shaking and I experience no clumping at the drinking spout area, for reference I used a juice shaker with integrated mesh sieve.Very pleased with the flavour with no artificial taste and the extra boost this gave me to keep going.

After a long day of work it is hard to have the motivation to go to the gym. However, with this pre workout I get the energy to go and have a great workout every time.The cranberry flavour is not my husband’s favourite but I am ok with it, not too sweet or overpowering, also the effect is fast acting and lasts through an hour or more workout. There is no crash just consistent energy and more importantly it’s affordable.

Easy to make up, great tasting cranberry flavour. perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 🎉
