Great Scanner
A great device. No scanner configuration was necessary. A Quick Start Guide accompanies the scanner just in case. Our facility owns two. Note: Make sure this scanner is compatible with your software before you make the purchase.

Better than my expectation
I just replaced non omni-directional to this one and this scanner is way better and still affordable for retail store use

This product is Used
Although more expensive by $50 than the one I purchased in January that turned out to be used, this one *also* turned out to be used. Also no way to know beforehand. It has been in use for some time and shows obvious wear. I would not have paid this much for a used item because there were other used options for significantly lower cost. Nothing about the product listing mentioned it being used, and the result is that I feel swindled. Even more swindled.
