Using this product since long time. I usually drink warm water during cold weather. This is very easy to get warm water from this instead of using gas stove. Also it is quicker than gas stove.

I bought it becasue I normaly drink luke warm water after eating. This is a good product and not very expensive. It is powerful so does the job in no time. A glass body is good to see what is happning inside and also easy in cleaning. But, better not to let it dirty. I only use it for heating water. Making tea or coffee is possible but will ask for intensive cleaning and that too may not be effective after some time. I boil water in it and then brew green tea in a different pot. As a water heater this is a good product. Houses with babies who need warm water quickly, this product is a must buy. Also it is nice to keep it in bedroom when we need warm water any time.

Good Quality product, simple to use

I purchased the INALSA Electric Kettle for Hot Water with 1.8 L Capacity, LED Illumination & Boro-Silicate Body (Prism Inox) with high hopes. Initially, it worked perfectly, but after just one year, problems started appearing. The kettle wound not work. This is the second kettle that has the same problem. Seems to be a quality issue. Where as I have ********* kettle upstairs which is working for last 5.5 years.The most frustrating part was dealing with customer service. They were unresponsive, and when I finally managed to get in touch with them, they directed me to visit their service center for repairs. They will say it is a counter repair case. This meant making two trips - one to drop off the kettle and another to pick it up (if they actually managed to repair it).Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this product. It's better to go with a manufacturer that offers reliable customer service. It is high time that Inalsa changes their quality.

Good quality

Overall product is mostly at par with competitors in terms of build quality and price, as I have used a similar glass kettle from another brand. But one thing that immediately bothered and continues to bother me each and every day is the flaw in the design of the hinge for the lid. The opening angle and lock isn't enough to keep it open on it's own most of the time, it stays in place if you if carefully open and leave it there. So it requires extra time and effort to fill water on most days as you have to hold the lid to keep it open and it also comes in the way, so not very user friendly and kind of a frustrating start to the day as it's mostly used for morning coffee/tea. Should try and change that and release a revised and improved version.One advantage is that Inalsa offers 2 years warranty with offer to extend even more, which I think is best in class, and that was a major deciding factor to buy this. But to me, user experience matters more than service support, and knowing the flaw now I'd recommend going for one in which the lid opens more if you're like me.
