I am so happy that I found these Magnesium pills. I only have to take one!The other Magnesium pills I had been taking were 2 huge horse pills. Llevo un tiempo tomando este magnesio que compré en Amazon y la verdad es que me ha funcionado muy bien. Noté que descansaba mejor por las noches y que los calambres en las piernas, que me molestaban bastante, han disminuido. También siento que tengo más energía durante el día. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar, no me provocan molestias estomacales, y el frasco vino bien sellado.
