These Clever Tongs are a game-changer! They've simplified my kitchen tasks with their versatile design. From flipping delicate pancakes to easily gripping and serving hot foods, these tongs have become my go-to kitchen tool. Sturdy, convenient, and space-saving—definitely a must-have for any kitchen!

Takes some time to figure out how to use correctly and comfortably. Scooping is fairly easy, but using as tongs can be tricky. The silicone is not as flexible as the ads make it out to be. Great idea, and I will use, but not my go to as I thought it would be.

I have carpel tunnel in both hands. You have to squeeze very hard to get the tongs together so they are useless to us as tongs. I typically need both hands. As spatulas to turn food the sides are helpful, but the angle isn't great for larger foods. Moving the tab to lock them closed/in place for storage is difficult because they are so stiff. We hoped that would ease a bit with use but it has not. While they are dishwasher safe, it's challenging to get them clean well without washing them in the sink first. Definitely not worth the money we spent. I wish we'd bought more spatulas and some rubber covered tongs instead.

Ever since I saw these on TV, I've been obsessed! Love tongs but tongs AND a spatula?! I must have, so I bought these Clever Tongs for my monthly kitchen purchase - usually a purchase that will replace something old, or even better, multiple things cluttering up my kitchen drawers or counter. The Clever Tongs were to replace these items: my useless spatula that won't even turn over a pancake, and my old pasta strainer spoon. Score! Perfect for both and more. I make a lot of vegetable stock for soups and the large one works great to take the hot veggies out of the water. The small one worked beautiful for turning over Sunday morning blueberry pancakes for a perfect flip. I wanted to use the bigger one but it developed a slight upward curl, therefore not laying flat enough for pancakes but no biggie, I use the small one. You just have to make sure they are not wider than the spread of the spatula. It does take a little brain-work to get used to using tongs like a spatula but after a couple times, I ended up loving it. Didn't love for trying to pick up pan grilled asparagus hence the lost star (but maybe need more practice?).Little Bit More: Love the color and that you get 2 different sizes that fold up and fit good in your drawer of utensil holder. They are very well made, love that the soft silicone won't scratch your pans, and dishwasher safe. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and the space it has saved me.v

The web between the two sides does not open flat, rather curved downward... hard to get under things since it's not flat.

We are so obsessed with these in our house! I have a variety of tongs. Big tongs and little tongs. But sometimes I'm trying to grab something like a fall of the bone chicken thigh and traditional tongs mush it all together and it falls apart. But this combo of tong AND spatula is bloody brilliant. They've really come in handy though for taking ribs out of our smoker. Usually we lose a few but not any more. My dogs are pretty bummed because they always got the fallen ribs but I'm thrilled with these! Dishwasher safe which is always my favorite.

So versatile, scooping, no slippage, easily grasp and serve any slippery food, and get it safely to plate or bowl without spilling. Love these things!
