Estate Soft Tight Top Mattress, Queen

I will never it from mattress firm ever.Bought a Stearns and foster mattress and it is hard as rock and I believe it was never new.It didn’t smell new and know serial number on the bed.Mattress firm said that they would still honor the warranty but I called strearns and foster to get a return but they wouldn’t take it without a serial number. mattress Firm said that’s the way they come .Stuck with mattress!!!

My husband and I are sleeping on this mattress and can’t afford to buy another. Despite having slept on a stearns and foster mattress for years, I would never buy another. Tight top should mean flat on top. But it doesn’t. This alledgedly soft mattress has enormous round dents in it. We should have bought another brand

Threads were coming undone

Foster and stearns sets the price nationally for their bedding . If you carry foster stearns you have to sell at their suggested price . Which means you will pay exactly the same minus maybe a small promotion the store is having . I know for a fact that foster and stearns has tried to stop this company from selling discounted returns. That's straight from a foster stearns representative. I was told they keep changing name of company . A full size foster and stearns list at 2300 while on sale 2000 . That's a full size. So a queen for almost 800 less is bs.
