it seems to pulse rather than wash away your gums like the cheaper versions, same design but just seems a lot better then the other cheaper ones, they only seem to last a couple of months before the pumps fail

Takes some getting used to - I’ve sprayed my face, the mirror and various places around the bathroom!! However, perseverance is key. This is much more effective than I expected and I wish I’d bought one years ago.

This worked well for less than a month before the power button stuck & I couldn't turn it on to use before going to bed. I put it back on the bathroom shelf to check the problem the following morning.In the middle of the night we were all awakened by a horrendous noise like somebody drilling into the side of our house. The noise ??? - just this duff power flosser deciding it was now going to work. The damn thing had to be buried under blankets whilst it wore the battery down so that I could return it.Most disappointing as I had Phillips previous flosser which gave me years of excellent use. This one when working was an excellent flosser but sadly not built for sustainability so making it a very expensive short term dental aid.

I cannot believe that the it stopped working after only two charges! Now the battery is fully charged but it does not squirt water continuously.This is the second Philips water floss I have, the previous one I had for years! I am so happy with it, it is so effective, yet gentle.I would like to ask the store for a replacement!

Purchased mine on 30th January 2024, 6 weeks later it stops working, the on/off button just stopped working but it kept switching back on and off on its own accord. Totally useless to me now. Just over £77 it should last a lot longer than this.
