This bulk replacement wick works as expected. It works well for small kerosene lamps, as advertised. It also works well for small laboratory alcohol burners. The wicks do a good job of wicking alcohol or kerosene and do not smoke while doing so. Like all kerosene or alcohol lamps, these wicks will cause some smudging, but less so than many others. Coming in a ten-foot length, these can be readily cut to whatever size is needed. I usually cut them a bit longer than the original wicks, and they still work well without being replaced as often. The product description is accurate. They arrived in two days without any issues. I would get these again.
